What I think I know about Iraq's corruption

Iraq has a corruption prolem.  

This is a fact. 

Iraq ranks 23 out of 100 on the  CORRUPTION PERCEPTIONS INDEX

The question I kept asking myself was and is, why would men from a religious country keep participating in corruptions?  True, they experience the monetary enefits of corruption, but they also run the risk of jail time, or do they? 

Here's what I think I know. 

In and during war, no matter how much you try to stick to and with the men you are fighting the war with, men often times end up exchanging brain cells because of fear, death, violence and probaly even compassion. (I learned this from my father who served in World War II) 

If my understanding is correct, the same happened in Desert Storm or the Gulf War. 

Except, it appears, that when Iraqi men in high position are confronted with the mind set of men from America, they committ a crime in the form of corruption to eliminate the mental and emotional  connection.

Because I am not a man, and because I have never fought in a war, except for this World War III war of the minds, I cannot say for sure if this is why Iraqi men in high positions often times participate in corruption activities.  

You see, it could be one reason the first time, and then greed or understanding how easy corruption is that enales them to continue on the path of corruption.  

For sure this new Prime Minister does not understand how the corrupt men think.  

However, give it time.  The men who have been in the trenches for years will show him the ropes.

Will he too surcome to corruption?

Or will he walk hand and hand with the American man, until they attack his safety like they did with the previous Prime Minister?

What Black Americans will soon learn is, White Americans experience the same treatment from other races that they have inflicted on the Black man for centuries.  

Other countries see, know and understand White Americas old agenda of controlling Black people.  They are using these agendas against them.  

All this "woke" talk is aout exposing these global concepts to hurt America.  While Americans are busy fighting each other, there are forces at work to destroy us, the country and our way way of life.
