EMP Investment and Preparedness
An electromagnetic pulse, known as an EMP, is one of the most dangerous threats to our way of life. Yet, we must know the possibilities and what it could mean if the United States experienced an EMP.
A transient electromagnetic disturbance, TED for short, is a brief burst of electromagnetic energy.
The origin of an EMP can be natural or artificial. It can occur as an electromagnetic field, as an electric field, as a magnetic field, or as a conducted electric current.
The previous statement is a mouthful, but let's break it down. The electromagnetic interference caused by an EMP can disrupt communications and damage electronic equipment.
An EMP, such as a lightning strike, can physically damage objects such as buildings and aircraft. Managing EMP effects is a branch of electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) engineering.
The first recorded damage from an electromagnetic pulse came with the solar storm of August 1859 or the Carrington Event.
The Carrington Event was the most intense geomagnetic storm in recorded history, peaking from 1–2 September 1859. It created auroral solid displays that were reported globally and caused sparking and even fires in multiple telegraph stations.
In modern warfare, weapons delivering a high-energy EMP pulse are designed to disrupt communications equipment and the computers needed to operate modern warplanes or even put the entire electrical network of a target country out of commission.
This would mean no internet, electric cars, guidance systems for aircraft, electricity, or communications, except cell phones, which cost $3000 and are supposedly designed to stand an EMP. And yes, the IRS computers would go down, but so would the ability to call for help.
Simply put, portions of the world, or the world as a whole, could immediately revert to the stone age within moments. This video is not to frighten you but to encourage you to do three things, especially if you have children in the home.
- One. Always keep canned food on the back of the shelf in the kitchen.
- Two. Allocate a percentage of your investment monies to buying gold and then take possession of your gold, meaning have it shipped to your front door. The link is in the description.
- Three. If you come across a startup company or even an existing company working on a way, a service, or a platform to help protect electronic equipment from an EMP, think about investing in that company.
Why these investment tips and why now? Well, there are a couple of reasons. One. Weather patterns are becoming unpredictable. Two. There are more news reports on other countries developing warfare weapons that could place a country in complete darkness.
