On 21 December, the Special Representative met with the Iraqi Prime Minister, Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani. They discussed the general situation in view of the significant milestone achieved by the governorate council elections, with the SRSG reiterating UN Iraq’s support to Iraqis at all levels.
