For Investors hoping for an Iraqi Dinar Revalue, this is what we now see in Iraq.
The people appear to support the US leaving the country entirely. They are furious over the death of the Iranian General, and they do not have fond memories of the 2003 invasion.
Yet, on the other hand, they are stubborn when it comes to giving up the US dollar and using their own currency.
The Iraqi government is pushing for economic sovereignty and supports the US Treasury in removing US dollars from the Iraqi economy.
However, at least the highest level of leadership in the country supports US troops as consultants within the country. The Iraqi Prime Minister has made this statement several times.
The law-making body of elected officials and the country's people are NOT on the same page. This makes for a long process to increase the value of the Iraqi Dinar.
In the meantime, US troops have been attacked over 97 times in Syria and Iraq since the Israeli Hammas war. To date no troops have been killed, however, one contracted died as a result of a heart attack when the compound was struck with armed drones in Iraq.
Yet, through it all, investors still have hopes, that this too shall pass, and we can move forward with a IQD revalue, float or increase in value against the US dollar.
