In 2014, BRICS took a building step, by creating a Development Bank, which is leading to the Central Bank idea. They built their own foundation for a new Central Bank.
1. BRICS has indirect control of 45% of the entire population on the planet.
2. BRICS is up to 28% of the Global Economy. They are growing.
3. BRICS is closing in on oil-rich countries on the BRICS Membership roster.
4. BRICS Members are voting in blocks at the UN - And it appears that setting Iraq free from Western influence may be on the agenda.
