Iraq is Well Connected on the Internet; WhatsApp Went Down All Hell Broke Lose

 I just wanted to give you an example of how connected Iraq is to the Internet.  The Iraq government  Economic News Agency - Telecommunications Identifies Reasons for the Suspension of WhatsApp in Iraq (economy-news.net)  got nervous when the WhatsApp service was disrupted and young Iraqis thought maybe the government did it.  The Minister of Communication in Iraq was quick to let everyone know the Iraqi government had nothing to do with the suspension of WhatApp in Iraq.  He explained that the Iraqi government had nothing to do with the disruption of service.  The reason is there is or was a technical connection issue stemming in Europe and the United States.   The App is back up and the people in Iraq are sending messages again.  He also explained that the service was disrupted in other countries, not Iraq.
